- Lead a recruitment team spread across in 8 major cities in Indonesia. To meet client requests in categories; staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and headhunting.- Planning, direct & monitoring recruitment’s strategy and implementation start from sourcing, selecting & hiring to fulfill manpower that company’ and client need.- Bridged communication between Clients (direct user and managed service providers (MSP)) and internal teams, to understand detailed requests and cascade to all team members.- Build a recruitment knowledge base to meet the needs of the largest clients. With impact, it can increase effectiveness (client submission time, offer acceptance rate, and onboarding rate), and reduce internal departmental silos.- Managing & monitoring recruitment’s budget to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient.- Direct & Monitoring lead time recruitment to fulfill manpower’s need as scheduled- Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring data, and generate reports to optimize recruiting strategies and enhance efficiency.- Analyze and evaluate team performance, and formulate improvement plans in the annual Talent Acquisition Department business plan- Review periodic recruitment’s team performance to ensure them fulfill the hiring target- Coaching & counseling recruitment’s team skill / non-skill to increase their competency in accordance to job request- Build strategy company branding and pro-actively expand and grow the talent pipeline by reaching out to passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships with them.- Coordinate attendance of career fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events to engage with potential candidates and promote our organization.- Ensure updating database recruitment candidates.- Participated in pilot projects, in the development of integrated ATS and HRIS software
