Country Manager
Current- Experiences in handling corporate account for sales, marketing and hands on experiences on managing local Malaysia and international events for exhibition, sports hospitality for temporary tent structure, temperature.
- Ability to manage multiple projects by lead department assigned for local Malaysia and oversea projects by provide end-to-end services from handling RFP tender, quotation, managing sourcing supplier, monitoring.
- Create project plan complete with job safety analysis with compliances method of statement, risk assessment and other related authorities’ certificate for ground team members.
- Prepare and manage budgetary vs actual cost requirement in terms of operational cost which include logistic, manpower, work permit, cross hire of equipment / heavy machinery usage during our setup of the project.
- Manage and control project schedule with appropriate allocation of time and manpower usage to ensure projects delivery on time.
- Proactively manage, prioritize and negotiate timeline and budget with customer to meet the requirement.
