Worked in the Bring a Friend sales department where we would call Wyndham timeahare owners and sell vacation packages that included 2 rooms for prospective qualified buyers.

Made reservations and arranged other services for guests staying at High end hotels.

Job included running security operations at both East and West checkpoints at MCO. I ran daily operations and was a direct liaison with GOAA and airline staff in making sure checkpoints ran efficiently and upheld safety standards in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Duties also included administering training so that staff was up to date with all requirements and standards set in order to maintain the highest possible safety measures. Daily reports were done on a per hour basis on staffing and wait times and turned in at end of shift to Security Managers. I worked in conjunction with Orlando Police Department officers and coordinated any issues involving any security concerns.
