Developed $7MM pipeline in 6 months and closed 3 deals worth $500K ARR in 12 months• Led 3rd party market research and TAM calculations to create foundation for fact-based GTM decisions• Spearheaded cross functional top-down and bottoms-up budgeting and planning process for the company• Conducted unit economics and customer churn analysis to build executive conviction and Board approval for expansion plan tied to clear metrics and milestones
