About Iryna Horn

As a child I used to explore different things like painting, dancing, swimming, playing piano, singing or scouting... none of those trials ended up successfully 😂 While being a student I asked myself as well in which area I want to work. Linguistics? Build career at university? Become a teacher? Just by chance I got an opportunity to try myself in HR and since that time I stay this course. I like Recruiting because I grow in each interview, learning something new from colleagues and candidates. Being a part of L&D team keeps me constantly fit. In a Trainer Role I see how participants learn & build new skills. As a Project Lead I enjoy the cooperation and results. As HR Generalist I am involved in day to day operations and have direct touch to business.I learn on the job, work with hands-on approach and stay open for new things. My job inspires me, there is always room for improvement.
