Now, after 15 years of working with people and for people, I’m pretty sure they are right.For the first 10 years, I had been building a career in Hospitality, having tried myself in a variety of roles up to the top management, creating client experiences, bringing people together, and managing operations. Then, 5 years ago, I switched to HR & Recruiting and have gone some way there too.When I get to talk to people about building teams, I never have a quick recipe.
