I am a Managing Partner of Cedepe in Ukraine, where I specialize in financial management and reporting, with over 15 years of experience in accounting services and business consulting. My expertise in finance is extensive, having received international ACCA diplomas in IFRS The Diploma in Financial Management and Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards for Professionals in 2016.In addition to my role at Cedepe, I am a co-founder of the Ukrainian cosmetics manufacturer ED Cosmetics, and a member of the closed club of young entrepreneurs YOUNG BUSINESS CLUB. I am dedicated to promoting and supporting women's entrepreneurship, and I serve as an ambassador and member of the International Embassy of Women Entrepreneurs in Ukraine.I am committed to creating a culture that values and supports all team members, and I believe that diversity and inclusivity are essential to the success of any organization.
