• Assessing and processing claims for medical/dental expenses for employees of international organizations in accordance with policy terms and conditions to meet personal and team productivity/quality goals;• Data input to the PC and mainframe applications;• Assisting with the translation services for foreign language claims and process these claims within stipulated TAT;• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve customer issues;• Complete the claims dealing with medical review, case management, recovery claims, possible fraud;• Providing the translation services for Ukrainian language capability.

Translation and interpretation of Polish, Russian, Ukrainian language for Public Services.

• Preparation of written and oral forms of translations into Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English;• Translations into Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English during meetings and projects; • Preparation of official correspondence, including diplomatic notes; • Extracting documents in behalf of Polish and Ukrainian citizens and Polish authority; • Checking the authenticity of submitted documents due to consular procedures, verifying the correctness of those submitted translations.

• Administrative support to the Consular Division: processing and carrying out all transactions related to visa’s liaising; • Assisting in the visa issue and dispatch process;• Verification and checking of: documents, passports and interviews.
