- Maintaining and strengthening of customer relationships.- B2B purchasing and sales of raw materials, organization and monitoring of deliveries and assuring quality of the goods.- Communication and negotiation of customer inquiries with internal and external partners. - Negotiating and making sales contracts and managing customer complains.

- Dissemination\Exploitation: supporting re-design of dissemination material, hosting of the facebook-webpage and introduction of new social media platforms to the project consortium.- Development: supporting the creation of the network identity and webpage together with the work package leader, regular communication and assistance concerning content creation, brainstorming for additional dissemination material especially for the network and its conferences (cotton bags, etc.).
