As an IT professional, my career started as a part-time Technical Writer for a short period of one month. My responsibilities were to describe technical processes of the project to other workers, which allowed them to work independently.After that, I transitioned into a full-time Quality Assurance (QA) role for a year, where I tested various projects such as iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and web applications. My duties included writing testing documentation, conducting different types of testing, and communicating with the sales manager about project progress.Currently, I have been working in management for the past three years, where I continue to grow and develop my skills. My main responsibilities include communicating with the sales manager to ensure smooth project processes, leading pre-sale processes from ideation to estimation and project initiation, writing different types of documentation, creating technical tickets for developers, organizing 1:1 calls, leading meetings with teams and clients, and working with JIRA to keep everything organized.
