My personal experience in the software industry is 17+ years as Software Quality Assurance Engineer and QA Lead. Currently, I am holding the position of QA Team Lead. My responsibilities combine QA Lead and QA Engineer activities.As QA Lead, I have experience in setting up QA processes on a project; coordinating the QA team of up to 5 people; planning and supporting the work of the QA team; creating and updating project documentation (Test Plan, Test Strategy, Feature Dependency Matrix etc.); setting up, collecting, and analyzing Quality Metrics; preparing Test reports and reporting test status; working as integrated part of the client’s team as well as part of the team managed by internal manager.As a QA engineer, I have testing skills: requirements analysis, test planning, estimation, test design, testing execution, defect tracking etc. I’m experienced in manual testing of web applications, data testing (manual and using DBT tests), manual and automated API testing (REST, SOAP), and testing of low-code applications. In addition, I have some experience with test automation using CoffeeScript language.
