- Similarity researches for TMs, - Consultations on the TM registration process in USPTO, - Negotiating with rights holder to withdraw complaints, etc.- Filing complaints to third party arbitration services and General Attorney,- Amazon, eBay account reinstatement,- Withdrawal of suspended funds from Amazon accounts, and payment systems,- BR account (on Amazon) and disputes resolving with the support in case of issues,- Preparation of legal agreements: service agreements, Partnership Agreement, Protocol of the partnership dissolution meeting, Partnership Dissolution Agreement etc.Additional duties:- Writing legal articles, posts for social media and company blog, - Legal advice to clients,- Translation of legal documentation.
