- Analyse the project briefing, check input assets, design, and their compliance with existing specifications, and notify PM about necessary info or gaps in the briefing, or technical solutions for discussions. - Produce static and animated banners from scratch, according to the briefing, specifications, and IAB Google Adds standards. - Work with different design files and formats (Photoshop PSD, Figma) and translate designs and mockups into fully functioning creatives. - Create and optimize timeline and animation using CSS or JavaScript libraries (e.g. GreenSock) - Optimize the efficient workflow and production of high-quality HTML5 ads that meet IAB standards and media vendor compliance for timely distribution (e.g. GumGum, Weborama) - Collaborate with designers, QA, and PM to optimize the quality and effectiveness of the work delivered.- Experience working with rich media vendors, going through the delivery or approval process for publishing banners, and providing code support at all stages. - Develop and modify technical documentation for projects, operations, and training. - Provide technical onboarding on the project for newcomers

- Maintain, update, and improve existing company websites;- Implement websites and landing pages from concept through deployment, with a responsive approach; - Building reusable code for future use; - Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
