After the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, I had to start a new life. In 2012, I graduated from the University of Kyiv in international business management and then pursued my hobbies of dance, sports, and travel, which eventually became my work. I gained valuable experience in the travel industry and customer service as a travel agent and also developed my skills as a dancer and fitness instructor.In 2016, I opened a Dance studio in Irpin city, Ukraine, and learned how to promote myself as an expert using social media. I completed courses in social media marketing, digital marketing, PR, copywriting, and Facebook Ads to improve my skills.In 2018, I co-founded a sports and tour agency in Ukraine with a friend. We organized trips for women who love sports and provided the best travel experiences with like-minded people. My main responsibility was social media management, which included developing a social media strategy, creating content, editing videos, managing accounts on Facebook and Instagram, and promoting and selling our products through social media channels using various tools such as Facebook Ads and social media influencers.During the Covid pandemic, when the fitness clubs were closed and travel was restricted, I started to develop my personal brand as a dance instructor on Instagram and sell online classes. I created an online course, managed all the processes including website creation, marketing funnel, social media marketing, and customer service.After fleeing to the USA due to the invasion, I had to leave my home and dancing behind. However, I can now use my expertise to help others monetize their knowledge and assist brands and businesses to increase their profits through social media marketing.
