Monitor and keep updated the file of vacations for all the team members at the Front Office. Coordinate all trainings within the department. Maintain computer files updated. Perform data entry. Keep appointment calendars. Be in charge of purchase orders and stock requests for the department, ensure that sufficient stationary is available for the daily operation. Help and assist the front desk when needed. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Front Office or Front Office Manager. Stay current with developments and procedures in the hotel by attending daily Front Office briefings. Prepare invoices and reports.

Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
