In my role as a project leader at Olive View-UCLA Education and Research Institute (ERI), I oversee the development of project plans, budgets, and system integration test plans for new systems or complex enhancements. This involves coordinating tasks, deliverables, and pricing, as well as managing change management documentation and ensuring approvals align with departmental procedures.As a project lead, I am responsible for evaluating cost/benefit analyses, analyzing constraints, and assessing risks to support decision-making for complex systems. I coordinate the preparation of detailed specifications, addressing all aspects of the system, including scope, data requirements, algorithms, user functions, workflows, interfaces, security, audit trails, and business continuity requirements. Additionally, I contribute to the development and management of multi-year budgets, including the Business Automation Process.I monitor the functionality of healthcare application systems and participate in the development of management procedures to uphold quality standards. This includes overseeing team schedules and coordinating all activities throughout the system development life cycle.Furthermore, I serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the client's corporate team, as well as between the application team, information system groups, and external vendors. Analyze and develop Los Angeles CountyPreform research analysis on LEADER database systems 2400 State/ Departmental reports, validating new Leadership Replacement System (LRS) reporting and reports.Tasks include:1.
