I have been completely in love with the linguistic field since my teen years. So naturally I got into Journalism.Throughout my course, I had the opportunity to participate in different projects. Of all my experiences, certainly the most transformative was the junior enterprise. I worked as a project manager and creative consultant for a year and a half. In my last term, I was CEO, leading a team of four people in the areas of institutional marketing and sales. It was my gateway to digital marketing.Then, I was selected for a marketing internship at Mais Controle, a management software company for civil construction. It was a challenging job because I was the only communication person in the company, and I learned a lot of new things quite quickly. I worked with social networks, paid media, design and editing, landing pages creation and internal marketing.My next step was a copywriting internship at Formigueiro Criativo, a local marketing agency. After six months of training, I got offered a full-time position and started developing my advertising writing and specialized in copywriting. I created blogs, e-books, quizzes and other materials for different market segments. After a few months, I started working with email marketing, automation flows and landing pages, which was when I fell in love with User Experience. Overall, the best part of this experience was that I had the opportunity to train two interns who exceeded all expectations on the job and later got offered full-time positions. I currently work as an email marketing manager at Top Growth Marketing, a marketing agency from California. I create content for brands of several different segments and develop strategies to improve revenue through email and SMS. This is a remote position and I get to work with people from all over the world, which provides me a broader sense of diversity and allows me to expand my knowledge on different cultures. Now, the area I study the most is User Experience. I want to specialize in the development of rich materials, landing pages and emails with a focus on user experience for conversion.I am quite demanding with my own work, and I like to try new ways until I find the best solution. I believe that plural training is a vector of transformation for the market, so I am always open to new experiences. Stopping learning is never an option, right?
