I make appointments for the Housing Service Manager as well as help her with the daily clerical needs, I also file important and confidential documents to each tenants files. I create documents and send out mail everyday. Daily contact with the residentsis a must.I answer the telephones and answer any basic questions that the tenant may have.

I greeted guest and made sure guest were taken care of with reservations and meeting room reservations. I also helped prepare breakfast for the guest in the morning while also checking out guest.

I helped customers put nice outfits together and did cash and layaway sales
