Student journalists at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California produce audio stories aired on live broadcasts Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4 p.m. PST.

The mission of the Equity Board is to provide oversight and insight throughout the newsroom, helping our newsroom leaders and the students who work on multiple platforms through coursework and as volunteers understand how to best report on underrepresented communities. Additionally, we will advocate for ethical practices across desks, inclusive hiring throughout the newsroom and an overall environment of acceptance. We want to ensure that every community on campus feels seen and heard through Annenberg Media’s reporting.

Involved in Community Reporting, ANTV, and ARN in the media center. Wrote and pitched stories to be published by Annenberg Media.Featured on "From Where We Are" Podcast

Responsible for assisting the online learning team with creating instructional assets at the Gould School of Law. Under the leadership of the Senior Instructional Designer, the Multimedia Design Assistant will create, revise, or edit instructional assets/artifacts that support online learning.Responsibilities and Duties:Create video, audio, infographics, motion graphics, interactive media, and other media for instructional use.Curate, select, and find images to support instructional media content. Edit or revise existing instructional content.Ensure the project deliverables meet quality standards.Contribute recommendations and suggestions in design sessions.Must follow brand and program design guidelines.Organize, upload, and embed multimedia content. Perform other online team media support duties as required.
