• Facilitate and moderate group discussions among teachers on critical topics of race, class, culture, and social justice, fostering a safe and respectful space for open dialogue.• Engage in insightful debates and conversations with educators to deepen their understanding of how these factors impact students' experiences and academic outcomes.• Offer practical and effective solutions, along with valuable tips, to empower teachers in enhancing their educational approaches while effectively addressing and navigating the societal issues affecting their students.
