Responsible for scheduling work with several clients to meet their specific needs while always maintaining high levels of customer service• Represents the company in a customer support role and responsible for customer's satisfaction with calibration and metering for E&P Ghana. • Coordinate the activity of all external calibrated Measurement and Test Equipment to ensure they are calibrated in accordance with the applicable standards and at reasonable cost.• Uphold and maintain customer quality practices and take initiative to improve quality systems by creating and developing Test methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing measurement and test equipment • Market, coordinate and manage all calibration and metering business opportunities for E&P Ghana for revenue generation and sale expansion.

Maintained and calibrated various test equipment in situ, placing the calibration team on a minimal of 98% readiness and earning 90% on Net Promoter score for two consecutive years at Intertek Ghana.• Coordinated routine service, supporting the largest equipment density of all technicians located at different site, supporting over 600 annual calibrations for Exxon Chad and Petrochad (A Glencore company) • Calibration Technician for a range of equipment to include but not limited to Torque Wrenches, using Torque Transducer, Gauges, using Dead Weight Tester, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generator, Dial Indicators, Multi Meters of various make and model and much more using Transmille 3041A, 8080 and 3200A via ProCal software performance Testing.• Coordinate the activity of all external calibrated Measurement and Test Equipment to ensure they are calibrated in accordance with the applicable standards and at reasonable cost.• Uphold and maintain customer quality practices and take initiative to improve quality systems by creating and developing Test methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and existing measurement and test equipment • Calibration of Electrical and Test equipment and instrument • that measures parameters such as Pressure, Current, voltage, frequency, Temperature and Torque.• Pipeline Capacity Measurement and certification• Ensure that jobs assigned to Technicians are well executed and certificate well evaluated to conform to ISO 17025 standards.

i. Conducting quality test and analysis on crude oil, gasoil and other petroleum product according to ASTM D methods, including Density, Sulphur content, Water by Distillation, Colour, Flash Point, Cloud and Pour Point, Viscosity, water content by Karl Fisher method and water content by distillation method, Total acid and base number, Reid Vapor Presssure etc.ii. Installation, verification and routine maintenance of equipment such as Pensky Marten’s Closed Cup Tester, Density Meter, pH Meter, analytical balance, and EDXRF X-Supreme 8000 etc.iii. Ensures that calibration and maintenance schedules are strictly followed as per ISO 17025 requirement. iv. Preparation and standardization of solution for specific test.v.
