1. Load Operations Management for Assigned Vehicles- Monitoring and managing assigned vehicles throughout the entire load life cycle. - Overseeing dispatch process and Allocating fuel to vehicles. - Conducts risk assessment and pre-trip plans with drivers for every load assigned - Monitoring consignment en route via GPS trackers.2. 3P Partner Management - Develop and Maintain positive relationships with 3P partners and drivers.- Monitoring and ensuring 3P Partners compliance with Nomad standards of Operations. - Preparing weekly Trip summary and Reports.3. 3P Recruiting and Onboarding- Identifying potential 3Ps that meet Nomad criteria, screening them to ensure they have the necessary experience and equipment to perform the required service - Assist in the full onboarding process of potential 3P Partners, Scheduling meetings, collecting and Verifying documents.

Responsible for;1. Sourcing for transporters and selecting 2. Making sure all fleets are in right condition for transporting consumables 3. Tracking of consignment enroute to KD's.4. Validating and processing of transporters Invoices for payment 5. Forecasting and planning for the number of fleets needed per month 6. Reporting on daily basis the status and performance of turnaround time and stocks in transit.
