In my role, I contribute to building and managing websites, and leading a team of creatives. I work on developing marketing campaigns for both our organization and our clients, often collaborating with external marketing and creative teams. I'm also involved in the onboarding process for new employees and contractors. Additionally, I oversee company operations, always on the lookout for ways to improve our processes and services.

As a Growth Coordinator, I established and nurtured relationships with realtors and home service professionals through local networking. I designed strategic marketing plans for our company and partners, and crafted educational emails and presentations. I also created informative videos for our website and social media.

Experienced in various facets of digital marketing and design, I've developed a versatile skill set which includes project management, graphic and visual design, email design, and the development of creative strategies. I thrive on the challenges of using my creativity and design skills to find unique solutions and make a positive impact on marketing campaigns. Always eager to learn and grow, I am constantly honing these skills and acquiring new ones.

In my role, I honed my customer service skills by assisting with various member requests and needs. I was responsible for the maintenance and supervision of ATMs, including their hardware, software, and cashflow. I also helped members with debit card services, from activation to fraud prevention. My role expanded into the marketing realm where I developed strategies and assisted in a rebranding initiative, contributing to logo and graphic design. A highlight was creating engaging graphics, videos, and animations for various digital mediums, and coordinating the production of digital products, including on-location video shoots for commercials.
