 Identifying and solving customer problems. Responsible for the distribution of souvenirs to walk in customers. Filing of office document. Requisitions of Administrational items for various branches. Answer general phone enquiries. Act as front desk receptionist and directing customers to the appropriate offices Arranging vehicle for branch distribution of items and souvenirs. Arranging and planning schedules of training for branch heads.
