About Isaac Arias
I took an interest in the tech field in my Sophomore year of college when I took a programming course. This class gave me the opportunity to branch out from my previous major into a field where I can see myself and my skills develop overtime. I am recently received my Google IT Support Certificate through Merit America, and throughout the course I am honed my skills in troubleshooting, system administration, and operating systems.Although I took an interest in IT in college, I have always been attracted to computers and hardware as a whole. Video games are one of my favorite past times that I like to indulge in whenever possible. As a kid I would always try to "fix" my handheld consoles when I would come across an issue. While I was never able to fix any of my consoles, I did become familiar with the parts that make up the Nintendo Gameboy and the DS. I believe my drive to constantly learn more about my work will help me be successful along side with the experience I have gained while working at Amazon. I have 2 years of experience in communicating, customer service, and 1 year of data analyst and team leader. It fills me with great joy whenever I can complete my tasks to the best of my abilities while also providing excellent service to customers and my associates. I know a career in IT will have its difficult moments in the future, however, I can not wait until I get to those points so I can implement the knowledge and skills I've gained, and will learn, through the IT Support Program and see what I need to improve on. I would love to meet other individuals within the IT Support Program or that have graduated to start building a network and learn from their own experiences. I believe my customer service knowledge would help me be successful in a customer rich environment and my experience as data analyst would help identify patterns in order to solve/prevent future tech issues.
