Assist the Technical Manager to conduct various product registration works.Develop product trials and interpret trial data.Develop and maintain close customer relations with key stakeholders such as MOFA, EPA, District Assemblies, etc.Arrange and Coordinate technical and marketing activities, including field days, farmer meetings and demonstration trials.Assist in the dissemination of information and marketing of new products.Provide strategic advice to management with regard to new products development.

1. Developing a catalog for plants to shows to existing customers and potential customers, the significance of plants, the basic care of plants.2. Advising Management on plants that should be stock to promote sales.3. Ensure the overall satisfaction of customers.

Providing both technical and practical assistant regarding the farm management for obtaining higher profitability. Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.

Manage all relationships with farmers – be the first point of contact for farmers • Develop and maintain trust amongst farmers and farmer groups and with Warc • Follow Warc’s extension methodology and adapt it to farmers with different years of experience • Facilitate weekly farmer training seasons with farmer groups • Visit farmer plots • Report technical problems to Warc Agronomists and the SDU Network Coordinator • Record daily activities and write weekly report • Work with the SDU Network Coordinator on community entry and new farmer acquisition • Support data collection for monitoring and impact measurement activities
