I investigate the performance of local houses, with an emphasis on energy efficiency, health and safety. I create plans that allow homeowners to upgrade their properties and maximize sustainability and comfort.

Assisted the legal department with the intake and tracking of inquiries from all member organizations in the Network. Communicated with staff directors to facilitate biannual board meetings. Monitored corporate compliance for all member organizations.

Assisted customers through every step of the residential solar application & installation process. Generated sales leads by being the point of first contact for potential customers.

During the school year I worked for Denison's Office of Off-Campus study. I advised Denison students on study abroad programs, and put on presentations about Denison's study abroad offerings. I also organized and led Denison's Global Connections programs, which connected Denison faculty and students with international experience to local high school students.

I spent one summer collecting signatures for an amendment that would later go on the ballot as Michigan Issue 3, or the Voting Polices in State Constitution Initiative. This amendment, which was voted into law in 2018, expanded voting rights by instituting automatic voter registration, no-excuse absentee ballots, and same-day voter registration.

At VOC I worked primarily on volunteer outreach and recruitment. I was also trained in trail maintenance and served as a crew leader on several trail building projects. As a capstone project, I authored a report on various models of nonprofit cooperation to facilitate the creation of the Colorado Outdoor Stewardship Coalition (COSC).
