I work to bring company projects to fruition and improve current operations through developing custom applications and resources. This requires me to be in communication with everyone in the warehouse as well as the office to ensure issues are handled accordingly. I focus on making sure we are as optimized as possible. I oversee many different departments and work on automating and optimizing how they function. These departments include: Graphic Design, Video Production, Customer Service, Returns/Receiving, Inventory Management, and Production.
