As we move forward, I remain committed to fostering an environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion and sustains multiculturalism.A few of my selected accomplishments:⭐ Led a $3.4M project to reduce supply chain costs, resulting in a $10.1M evergreen benefit for the client. ⭐ Created a program to train Junior Developers to become high-functioning mid-level developers within 2 years. ⭐ Led a team of nearshore analysts to create specifications for technology automation for a Home Building company to increase construction from 120 homes a year to 350 while maintaining the 50 employees.⭐ Created an internship program with universities in our partner company to recruit and train talented young developers, fostering close relationships with universities throughout Latin America.⭐ Served as an Honorary Professor of Engineering at UNI and an Honorary Professor of Engineering at UPOLI and received an Honorary Degree of Recognition from UNAN.Fun Facts:I have played guitar for 25 years. Earlier this year I worked with an artisan luthier to design custom guitars for myself, my daughter, and a client that is an avid guitarist. Since 2019 I have worked with Arms of Love Orphanage in Jinotepe, Nicaragua, where I designed and implemented computer and network infrastructure for the orphanage and community centers, among other projects.
