I currently work as a Psychologist in my own private practice supporting people of all ages regarding the management of their mental health in a variety of areas. I previously worked as a Behaviour Support Practitioner providing tailored support to those with permanent disability registered under the NDIS. I also have 4 years’ experience working in Employment Services as a Consultant, Counsellor and Psychologist where I provided vocational interventions for those with several barriers to employment, including mental health difficulties and substance use.I am a Psychological Science (Honours) graduate from Flinders University (2013), and prior to this, completed a Social Science degree, majoring in Psychology, at the University of Adelaide (2009-2012) with a semester from the University of Sydney (2012). In addition to undergraduate study, I have also completed a Graduate Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (2018). Other practical experiences include a year volunteering at Lifeline Australia supporting people in crisis, and the Sammy D Foundation where I worked with disadvantaged youth.
