I was part of a team that built and managed 6 datacenters, across the world. We then migrated all resources to Azure and now provide all Azure services to our customers. I am also tasked with a customer account that is moving out of their datacenters and into Azure. I am part of the Infrastructure Operations team that is responsible for architecting solutions to their unique issues. This team is also ultimately responsible for all technical issues inside of their Azure deployment. I use my strong troubleshooting skillset on a daily basis. I have been a major factor in the reduction of their Microsoft ticket count. I have helped reduce the number of tickets by 90%, saving them tens of thousands of dollars per year.
