In charge of maintaining, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and completing various projects Single Stage Ammonia System, Commercial HVAC System, High Pressure Boiler System, Water Chemistry System, Compressed Air System, Softened Water System, and Hot Water Systems as well as the building maintenance. Have worked with my Refrigeration Team to ensure the work needing done can get done as efficiently and correctly done as possible, as well as work with office, management, and production staff to keep our systems in top working condition and resolve any issues found by floor staff.Responsibility of each system:Ammonia System: Monitoring System Pressures, Vessels, Compressors, Evaporative Condenser, RMAU's, Evaporators, Valve Groups and General Piping, Regulator Valve rebuilds & replacement, Water Sump and Sump Pumps.Commercial HVAC System: RTU's, MAU's, Exhaust FansSteam System: High Pressure Boilers, steam regulator rebuilds and replacement, Valve groups and General Piping.Compressed Air System: Air Compressor, Desiccant Dryer, System Filters, Air Storage Tanks, General Piping.Softened Water System: Water Softeners, Water Pumps, General PipingHot Water System: Water Heaters and Domestic/High Pressure Hot Water Pumps, General PipingWater Chemistry System: Testing Chemical levels for Boilers and Ammonia Sump, Chemical Pumps and Piping, Chemical Pump Controller.Building Maintenance: Keeping roof and roof drainage clean of debris and in good condition. Keeping interstitial clean, in good condition, and ensuring piping for different systems are in good condition. Keeping Control Room, Compressor, Boiler, and Pump House Rooms clean and in good condition.Creating and completing work orders and pm’s in oracleComplying with PSM/RPM programsConducting and Completing MI’s
