I’ve led full-cycle recruitment across the vast majority of airports we operate in across the U.S. West Coast, hiring for a wide range of roles, from fueling agents to station trainers and HRBP managers.Specializing in talent acquisition strategies, high-volume hiring, and targeted recruitment for key roles, I’m skilled in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with leadership to drive organizational growth.
