CurrentI oversee all video-related initiatives, manage a team of interns, and drive the creative direction for our projects. This includes content strategy, production workflows, and post-production to ensure high-quality outputs that align with company objectives. I also work closely with senior management to track performance, set department goals, and contribute to key decisions.In addition to leading the team, I actively create content to maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies. My role involves consistent collaboration across departments, attending weekly leadership meetings, and providing updates on ongoing projects.Key Responsibilities:- Direct department meetings and ensure clear communication with team members.- Oversee the execution of video projects, from concept to completion.- Collaborate with senior directors to align video strategy with company goals.- Attend and present at weekly director and all-company meetings.- Manage intern development, ensure task completion, and track progress.- Implement best practices for security protocols and video content optimization.My leadership ensures that NSTEM's video production stays creative, efficient, and aligned with our growth strategies while continuously contributing to our broader content goals.
