We specifically work with people who are marginalized and don't have access to traditional forms of capital because of credit history, financial education, or time in business. I manage and support a team of business lenders. Including training, guidance, and help with setting and hitting S.M.A.R.T goals. I also support my clients by speaking with them about their business reviewing their financials and making a lending reccomendation for the underwriting team. What I especially enjoy about my work here is collaborating with my team to constantly find better ways to do things and helping clients with their dreams.

Frequently I met with insurance adjusters to determine the amount of damaged that was present on a property. Business owners depended on me to walk them through the insurance restoration process. I goal would be to get them a new roof at no out-of-pocket cost.
