It is my role to help them get the best possible service we can provide as a law firm and facilitate bringing them on board as a client. It is my role to help them get the best possible service we can provide as a law firm and facilitate bringing them on board as a client. In addition to taking the correct information and documents, I build rapport with the client so they know they can trust and feel confident in our ability as a firm. I also deal with promoting our business schemes by selling our specialised services to business targets using my experience in client relationships and my sales training. I take ownership of the company's main email, picking up new, current and past enquiries, improving our company's response time to maximise the company's efficiency. Furthermore, I do research into potential client targets making sure they are the right match with Brabners goals, creating Excel spreadsheets for our partners to review. Show less

I completed this apprenticeship in the september of 2023 with a Distinction! Over the year and a half course i gained experience in dealing with clients confidently both in person and on the phone learning to deal with different types of customers internally and externally. I learnt how to manage the lancashire office in terms of maintenance, worked on the front of house, deal with the post, archiving wills and deeds ect.
