Hello and welcome I am a Customer service representative with 7+ years of experience in the fields of finance, sales, and B2B. My skill set is in customer retention and account review. I've been recognized for my ability to see areas of improvement in customer interaction. I am currently seeking opportunities to leverage my customer interaction experience to intern as a sales development representative for SaaS sales.My journey in customer service began in the early ’90s when my father launched his tax business in downtown Trenton NJ. My father would have me greet the arriving customers, solve any tech or computer problems in the office and manage the paperwork and I eventually worked my way to manager.In late 2006 I moved on to work for Comcast Cable as a customer service rep I specialized in upselling products and customer retention and billing. In 2008 I was promoted to sales support representative where I assisted door-to-door field reps with products until 2010.2014 I started a new position as a Document Control Specialist at Merrill Lynch Bank of America where I assisted client relationship managers in the field with document review and compliance until 2016.I am currently a Quality insurance specialist at Furniture USA where I inspect all incoming and outgoing furniture for damage and also responsible for customer correspondence when products are inspected and ready for reshipment. I am a Husband and Father of three beautiful children and in my spare time I game stream and custom-build PCs
