Isaac is a mental performance consultant with a master's degree in Sport and Performance Psychology and is currently in the final year of receiving his doctorate (PhD) in Counseling Psychology. He specializes in performance counseling where he improves performance execution through a careful examination of the mental, technical, tactical, and physical pillars of his clients. At the professional competitive level, he has delivered over 500 hours of individual and team sessions addressing performance anxiety, perfectionism, communications optimization, relaxation, team-building, conflict management, and stressors outside of the performance domain that may be affecting overall performance such as depressive symptoms. In his sessions, clients gain a greater understanding of the capabilities within themselves, learn how to maximize their potential through mental and physical maintenance, manage and benefit from relationships with peers, and begin to feel their actions intentionally build toward their goals. He also has access to a considerable network of mental health professionals in cases of acute or specific mental performance or mental health concerns.
