Owned the data analytics for multiple large non-performing debt transactions and debt recovery programmes of clients across a range of industries including banking, consumer finance, telecommunications and utilities.Used SQL Server for data manipulation and data extraction on a daily basis. I often utilised window functions, CTEs, temporary tables, and stored procedures for data analysis and query optimisation.Built, delivered and maintained dashboards in Microsoft Power BI for clients to track key performance indicators related to the volume and cash performance of their collections programmes. This included engaging with the client to outline the scope of their reporting requirements, preparing relational data models, building out dashboards and DAX measures, presenting dashboards to the client, and routinely updating dashboards based on evolving client feedback and requirements.Built programs in Python to automate the transformation and load processes related to routine-data extracts received from clients, improving operational efficiency.
