My role is to be responsible for ensuring that standards are being met by scheduling checks as defined by policy, reporting on the outcome of checks and where appropriate, making adjustments to ensure compliance.

Making the days runs and organising staff. Administering medication to People in support. Assisting to dealing with staff and residents issues when they arise. Assisting manager in day to day tasks and ensuring records were accurately recorded. Completing weekly medication audits.

Working with individuals with Learning disabilities, range of mental health problems and behaviours. the services cover across the board Supported Living, Residential, and Domiciliary. Within Residential they also have secure housing for individuals needing more restrictions. I have worked in all the setting the company has and I have Shift lead in a range of different services as well.

Line Worker making Pasties and sausage roles by hand. Following food preparation and food handling guidelines in place by environmental health and local authority. Assisting the owner of the small Welsh business with new techniques to improve the volume of products produced and packaged. Also worked with the owners to come out with new flavours and holiday flavours for seasonal times. Upholding hygiene standards to local authority and government guidelines.
