My role at Grayce was a Training Data Analyst Consultant, working through the 'Data+' Programme. In this role I completed a data training bootcamp and worked on leading data projects within a broad, nationwide client portfolio, covering sectors such as Healthcare, Intellectual Property, Charity, and the Food Industry.I received career mentoring, achieved additional qualifications in data analytics, visualisation and Cloud Computing, whilst continuing to enhance professional skills through ongoing self-learning in technical and soft skills. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, becoming a technical mentor to other analysts within the business, assisting mostly with python related issues.Over the course of my role, I was positioned with two clients - both being Management Consultancies, and worked as a Data Analyst for a number of their clients' projects.

This was a project for the client of a Management Consultancy to develop four dashboards for the University Hospitals of Northamptonshire Trust.I was responsible for requirements gathering, designing, building, testing, and documenting Power BI reporting dashboards for various sectors within the NHS.Completed using an agile approach, involving pair-programming and continuous integration, working within a team of 4 analysts to deploy new systems and distribute tasks.I took ownership and responsibility of allocated tasks, eventually being responsible for two dashboards entirely and a portion of the third.Throughout the project I liaised with stakeholders to elicit requirements, presentat updates on visualisations and data models, whilst building a good rapport between myself, the NHS and Client teams.
