During school, my summer internship turned into a remote position. I continued the roles and responsibilities that I held during the internship but I focused on customer outreach and policy sales.

During my summer, I had the opportunity to receive training and experience in sales and customer service. I obtained my Ohio Property and Casualty license which equipped me to serve the customers' needs. Within serving our customers, I had many roles and responsibilities which included: - Customer Outreach- Policy Sales- Customer Inquiries- Billing and Payments- Supportive Team Player
