At PwC I would facilitate the flow of various tender requests put forward by local, state, and federal government. By doing so I was providing partners and business unit managers with greater optics on the scope and requirements on Government tenders in a rapid manner. Further, I would create proposal templates for consulting teams to utilise when bidding for an above mentioned tender. This allowed me to better my knowledge of the consulting line of work, whilst alleviating pressure from the wider team, in turn allowing them to focus on areas of the proposal that would drive greater value and success for the client.

I began my career with Woolworths as a member of the service team. I worked at the service desk on the express and main lane checkouts, scanning through customers shopping and handling cash. I also worked independently in the self-checkout area. I then progressed into the night-fill department with my main role being to split the delivery load into roll cages for designated aisles, and also filling the shelves with low stock and general tidying to follow. I further progressed to the groceries and fresh convenience team. My roles included bringing in new deliveries, using an RF device to complete the daily stock check routine, managing and adjusting stock counts, filling the shelves and printing shelf labels. During COVID-19 I also expanded to the online team, to assist in picking orders for delivery or collection due to the increased demand for click & collect during this time.
