As a member of Highland’s Legal Department, I manage outside counsel in litigation, directly represent Highland and its subsidiaries in litigation, and provide litigation related advice to Highland’s business units. Additionally, I provide assistant general counsel services, including contract review and negotiation and statutory analysis. My managed cases and direct representation include securities, contract, commercial real estate, employment, and professional services litigation and pre-litigation disputes.

As an associate at Hartline, I worked on numerous commercial, intellectual property, and products liability litigation matters, including serving as second chair at trial in which my client obtained a successful a jury verdict on fourteen claims against it. Representative matters include major energy industry clients, construction companies, manufacturers, and real estate brokers.
