Mr. Lievanos has been working in the mining industry for the past 27 years. Throughout the years of working in the mining industry at Echo Bay and Cortez Nevada Gold Mines he has performed the maintenance and operation, in the open pit, underground, in the milling and crushing departments. He has also overseen commissioning and developing solid liquid separation plant batches, metal removal, and cemented backfill. Mr. Lievanos was born and raised in La Puente, California where he graduated high school from Bassett High School in 1992. After graduating Mr. Lievanos moved to Battle Mountain for 3 years before moving to Elko in 1995. Mr. Lievanos is dedicated to safety when it comes to working. He’s taken the First Responder Course through Great Basin College, as well as the EMT Course. Mr. Lievanos has 10 years of experience in Mine Rescue where he used his EMT license. He has been through Maintenance Lubrication Courses and Preventative Maintenance courses, Microsoft Excel Training through Cortez Nevada Gold Mines. During the past 24 years living in Elko Mr. Lievanos would invest in different properties and would fix and sell them. He has fixed and sold different houses and has a rental property that he maintains to this day. Mr. Lievanos has been working with establishing and owning different real estate properties. Currently he is an active owner of E & I Investments, where he and his partner invest and buy different cash flowing properties. Mr. Lievanos is looking to broaden his horizons and expand his investments. He is focused on how to contribute to society and wants to do this by creating more jobs. By investing in already established businesses he hopes to incorporate his experience in the community that has already given him so much. Having raised 5 children by himself in Elko, Mr. Lievanos has a special place in his heart in this town and community. Mr. Lievanos was able to embrace his community by always being a part of his children's sports. He has helped coach in Elko for the past 20 years, he spends his time off in the community working to help children reach their full potential. He has helped many friends and family throughout the years in different types of ventures. He has inspired many to grow in their personal lives, as well as financially. Coming from a different background, living in Elko has changed his life and he would like to help change the lives of others by being a part of and growing AMS.
