• Responsible to develop in partnership with IT Department the effective controls to guarantee all protections layers for cyber-attacks in the whole fleet according to IEC 62443 on the OT (Operations Technology);• Instrumentation and Automation technical authority Specialist responsible for Management of Change assessment and approvals based on standard and good practices for the entire fleet;• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) developing a robust action plan considerations recommendations to act on the fail modes identified;• Responsible for Plant Information (PI) system maintenance and its policies standardazing all the fleet and defining all premises for new projects, deeply used for digital & remote Project developments;• Responsible for Alarm Management and other maintenance monitoring reports;• Development of Obsolescence Management Plan for all Control System Components;• Technical Support to Operations team with Engineering Solutions;• Responsible for development of Reliability measurements for Control Systems, Instrumentation and Electrical department (Control Loop reliability, ICSS redundant electrical supply monitoring, ICSS Healthy Check) in order to guarantee Safety and Availability of the ICSS and all controls Systems of the fleet;

• Support offshore team on general demands related to maintenance considering Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Mechanical disciplines;• Attends daily calls with offshore teams to plan and execute the preventive & corrective maintenance, manages the onshore service repairs and provides specialized technical support;• Develops 5 years O&M budget to include costs, assumptions and schedules for overhauls, calibrations, critical spares, master service contracts and capital projects.

• Knowledge on Rockwell, Siemens and other PLCs with high knowledge on redundancy definitions and configuration (Troubleshooting, Programming and Maintenance);• Knowledge on F&G System: AFDP and SSDS (Troubleshooting, Programming and Maintenance);• Knowledge on Safety Shutdown System Pro-Safe Yokogawa (Troubleshooting, Programming and Maintenance);• Knowledge to read and understand general drawing such as C&E Matrix, P&IDs, Block and Connection Diagrams; Safety Shutdown Diagram and others;• Responsible for Alarm Management data collection and issuance of final report;• Proposal, project and implementation of Management of Changes (MOC) with logic development on Yokogawa CENTUM VP and general Control system on packages for PCS (Process Control System) and logic development and intervention on the Yokogawa PRO-SAFE for SSDS; • Immediate and breakdown Root Cause Analysis (Troubleshooting);• Knowledge on general Industrial Network protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet, Controlnet, OPC and others (Troubleshooting & Maintenance);• PI System and Database Support - SQL Server (Support, Programming and Maintenance);• General IT and Telecom Support (Maintenance and Commissioning);• Knowledge on General Marine Systems;• Support on the GTG system (Gas Turbine Generators);• Support on the Dynamic Position Reference System (Artemis MK-5, Darps, XPR) • Support on the PAGA (Public Announcement General Alarm) system • Keep the log of the unit, backup of all packages and inventory of the automation system. • Responsible to control and manage the backups of all systems in the facility.• Responsible to control the inventory of spare parts of each automation, control and telecommunication system on the facility ordering spare parts when required.• Responsible to develop activities of maintenance and ensure a safe and consistent control of all equipment of control system including, Field Control System (CENTUM VP) and Safety System (ProSafe).
