Isaac H. Mr. Marks has guided non-profit and religious organizations through various legal situations such as acquisition and construction of sanctuaries, development of senior citizen housing, operation of private schools, creation and operation of community development corporations, compensation and employment agreements, compliance with governmental regulations, disciplinary actions, and congregational disputes. He has represented church clients with a collective congregational membership in excess of 100,000 members. In his real estate transactions practice, Mr. Marks represents clients in land use appeals before administrative agencies, the Maryland Circuit Courts, and the Maryland Courts of Appeals.
