Frontman, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter & band manager for performing group CHAPERONE. Performed and promoted in excess of one-hundred shows across the East Coast of Australia over the past two years, including headline events such as the Oxford Art Factory, Factory Theatre, Metro Theatre, and Lansdowne. CHAPERONE has performed at the pre and post show for the Red Hot Chili Peppers on their 2023 Sydney Olympic Stadium dates; as well as upcoming placements at 2023-2024's Woodford Folk Festival and 2024's Nightjar Festival.I have experience composing and arranging contemporary music for a large ensemble through this work, having written for guitar, bass, drums, brass, voice, keyboards and more, as well as acting as frontman and band leader. This attracted the attention of veteran Australian producer and engineer Jim Taig (Engineered for Duran Duran, Elton John, Produced Wah Wah Nee, Rockmelons), with whom I collaborated with on several original recordings.Over the last twelve months, I have orchestrated and publicised two concerts that seamlessly blend fashion and music. These unique events, titled "Collision," involved collaboration with graduates from the Sydney Fashion Design School. Held at the Red Rattler Theatre and Goodspace Gallery, these gatherings garnered the presence of notable figures such as Japanese-Australian fashion designer Akira Isogawa and Patty Huntington, a journalist from Harper's Bazaar.I posses expertise in the Adobe Suite, demonstrating a thorough understanding of both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Over the past two years, I have utilised these skills to engage in graphic design projects for social and print media campaigns, as well as merchandise development. Furthermore, my proficiency extends to Premiere Pro, where I have successfully edited and colour graded numerous self-produced and directed music videos for CHAPERONE.
