• Work with full-time staff to develop policies and protocols for Resident Assistants• Communicate questions, concerns, and ideas between Resident Assistants and Prostaff• Help foster an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff• Maintain campus relationships through customer service and answering phone calls• Handle issues among Resident Assistants and/or connect them to the proper aide• Assist leasing team with marketing and/or leasing promotional activities• Create property-wide events for all residents of Scott Campus• Engage with Resident Assistants on a regular basis and ensure they are doing the job properly • Monitor Resident Assistant deadlines and ensure events are planned, decorations are up, and paperwork is filled out
