My forte involved overseeing and managing the financial and procurement planning, preparation, implementation and performance reporting of a 4.9 million Euros COVID-19 Fair Trade EmergencyInitiative, funded by the GIZ to provide immediate relief to and support prevention of the further spread of the COVID- 19 pandemic on at-risk producers in nine countries.

My main role was to offer Technical Advisory & Capacity Support in Procurement and Contract Management in the Building Resilient Urban Communities (BRUC) – Asia project with funding support from ADB (which is funded by DFID). The USD 5.5 million project is designed to ensure that poor urban dwellers in target cities, in Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh.

My main task encompassed provision of Logistical Support including procurement, warehousing, fleet, security and IT services to ACF field programs in Kenya.
